Admissions

Finding a quality program for your child(ren) is an important decision for all parents.  We encourage all parents to visit the program and get all of their questions answered before making their decision.  Once you have made the decision to enroll your child at River Hills Early Childhood Center we will do everything possible to make the process as simple and seamless as possible.   In order to enroll your child in our program you will need to:  1) pick up an enrollment packet and 2) pay the $100.00 registration fee.   The registration fee is $100.00.  This nonrefundable fee covers both registration and your deposit to hold the space.   Typically we will take your registration and hold a spot for two weeks but exceptions can be made if space allows and will be made on a case by case basis.  Our enrollment packet consists of various forms to be filled out by parents and several pieces of information important to our center.  Should you have any questions about the packet we would be happy to answer them in person, by phone, or by email.  Below you will find our current rates and tuition policies. 

Full Time Rates

Tuition is due on Friday by 6:00pm.  A $5.00 late fee will be applied for tuition paid after 6:00pm and for each day after Friday.  

Sibling rates will be applied to the oldest sibling and may be applied to the oldest two children in the case of a three child family.  Sibling discounts will not apply to infants. 

Each Family will receive 50% discount off of one week of tuition for a week that their child(ren) do(es) not attend M – F one time every 12 months.  This discount can be used after the child(ren) has been enrolled at the center for 6 consecutive months. 

*An additional cost for curriculum and books will be applied to the Kindergarten program at the time of registration for the school year.
