Infant Teachers
Miss Lynn
Miss Lynn has been teaching in our program for over 8 years with most of them being in the Infant room. Miss Lynn keeps herself busy teaching so many things to the infants but especially loves art and sensory, story time, and music and movement. Jack Hartmann is her favorite artist to play in the classroom and “Jesus Loves Me” is her favorite song. Bible songs are close to Lynn’s heart and are in fact her favorite thing about teaching at RHECC along with teaching in a Christian environment. Her favorite book to read to the children is “Not the Hippopotamus” and she loves to teach around the “5 senses” and “Sports” themes. Miss Lynn can be seen snacking on Teddy Grahams and everyone knows that coffee of any kind, but especially Caribou are a daily indulgence for her.
Miss Jordan
Miss Jordan has been at RHECC for 4 years now and is currently teaching in our Infant room. Taking the babies for walks, reading to the babies, and making them laugh are Jordan’s favorite parts the teaching day. She loves Joanie Barters and the song “Marzy Boats” are favorites to listen to in the classroom. Miss Jordan loves to get to know the children and watch them grow especially during the “Ocean” theme. “Rain Babies” is her favorite book to read to the children and everyone knows that Jordan has a sweet tooth for candy especially gummies!
Miss Jacy
Miss Miss Jacy is our afternoon aide in the Infant room and has been doing so for a year now. She loves making the babies laugh and seeing the silly things they do each day. Jacy loves the book “No David!” and especially loves the theme “Tropical Getaway”. Jacy chooses Jack Hartmann off the playlist and “Miguel the Magic Monkey” for children’s music. If in the snacking mood, Jacy enjoys flaming hot Cheetos and apple juice or Yojay. Miss Jacy’s favorite part of working with the children is watching them grow from month to month and seeing all the changes.
Miss Wendy
Miss Wendy is currently our morning aide in the Infant room and has also cooked for us during her 5 years with RHECC. Wendy has been working with young children for about 20 years. She especially loves to snuggle with the babies and finds the companionship of the children and staff to be the best part of working at the center. Miss Wendy’s favorite theme in the classroom is “Beach” and she loves to read Clifford books to the children. Raffi is Wendy’s first choice of musicians in the classroom and “The B-I-B-L-E” is her favorite song. Wendy enjoys snacking on grapes and can admit that she is a coffee drinker.
